Breakneck Creek was founded in early 2008 with the concept of combining elements of Bluegrass, Newgrass and Jamgrass into a genre entirely within it's own classification. The band joins a wealth of experience with successful professional performance backgrounds. Collectively, they share a passion for creating tasteful, inspiring, and improvisational acoustic music. While performing with standard bluegrass instruments including the banjo, mandolin, guitar, bass, and dobro, Breakneck Creek's performances themselves are anything but standard and their unique chemistry becomes very apparent.
